To Find Site:- From Banbury follow A423 towards Southam. In about 5 miles, immediately past the turning for Mollington Village take next turning to the left into campsite.

This is a pleasant little campsite situated on the edge of the village of Mollington which is about 5 miles north of Banbury. Reception is at the farmhouse, which is on the left just up from the entrance. If the site owner is not available at reception alternative instructions are posted on the door. The site is split into four sections, two areas for caravans and one for tents plus a rally field. In one section all pitches have hardstandings, although the gravel sections are only wide enough to take the caravan. Awnings and car have to sit on the grass. The other caravan section is all on grass. The site has a slight slope from the rally field down to the entrance so so side to side levelling might be required. There are water taps in all sections. Electrics are available in the two caravan sections. There seem to be a number of permanent caravans on site. Near the site entrance is a good quality toilet block with ramp access for wheelchairs. Chemical toilet disposal and rubbish are situated behind the toilet block. The showers are very large but are not divided so you might have to be careful where you put your dry clothes! I thought the charge per night of £9, including electrics, was very reasonable, awnings are £1 extra a night. There are no play facilities for children although I am sure they could make use of the rally field if it was not occupied.

This is a good site for a weekend, or longer. There is a pub in the village which is just a short stroll away. The Oxford Canal is only a couple of miles away at Cropredy. The nearest shop is in Cropredy but for more serious food shopping there is a Tesco on the outskirts of Banbury.
